About Path To Care

Orange County’s trusted senior placement and community resource network

Our Mission

Path To Care exists for one reason — to make sure
every senior in Orange County has access to safe,
dignified, and appropriate care.

We know that finding the right care for a loved one
is one of the most important and emotional decisions
a family will ever make. The options are overwhelming,
the system is complex, and the stakes could not be higher.

That is why we built Path To Care. We personally inspect
every facility in our network, review state compliance
records, interview staff, and verify the quality of care
before we ever refer a single family.

Our placement service is completely free to families.
We only succeed when your loved one is safe, comfortable,
and well cared for.

“Every senior deserves dignity, safety, and the
right environment to thrive. That is the Path To
Care promise.”

What We Do

Three ways Path To Care serves Orange County

Senior Placement

We match families with the right care facility based on medical needs, budget, location, and personal preferences. Our placement service is always free to families.

Community Directory

Our online directory lists only inspected and verified senior care providers across all 36 Orange County cities. Every listing meets the Path To Care standard.

Community Resource Booklet

We publish a quarterly community resource booklet distributed to 100,000 Orange County households by EDDM — connecting families with trusted local care providers.

How We Inspect and Rate Facilities

Every facility in our network goes through our rigorous inspection process

1. Site Visit

Our community director personally visits the facility, tours all areas, and observes staff interactions with residents

2. State Review

We pull and review all California CCLD licensing records, citations, complaints, and inspection history

3. Staff Interview

We interview staff members, review training records, and assess the overall culture of care at the facility

4. Rating Assigned

Based on our inspection findings and vetted community reviews we assign a Path To Care star rating to the facility
